Can you fulfill my order if I am not present?

Yes. If you’re not going to be at home when our Hauling Partner arrives you can place your items at the curb. If you select an in-home collection, you must be present to grant our Hauling Partner access to your home. In-home orders cannot be fulfilled without an adult present.
